RVP kept the authorship of the Rogue Army campaign a secret for security reasons but ISI blew off the cover after Musharraf's Memoirs came out in September 2006. Only RVP was involved in the ad which he conceived, wrote and arranged for publication with the help of friends as co-sponsors.
